In everything he did, from listing homes to arranging showings to managing the complex details of a real estate transaction, he placed his clients and their interests foremost in his mind and actions.

I’ve known Mike Settle for over thirty years. For twenty of those years we worked together as Financial Consultants at Merrill Lynch in Santa Fe, New Mexico. We are both now happily retired from the demands of clients and markets.

We’ve also played golf together all over the southwestern United States.

On several occasions Mike has been a house sitter for me in my Santa Fe home. I have three American Pit Bulls, a Staffordshire Terrier, and have had numerous Chihuahuas over the years. Altogether they are an intimidating group of dogs, with a very complex group dynamic. Mike, unlike several house sitters that I’ve used over the years, is able to deal with all my dogs without any problem what so ever. It’s gotten to the point that they actually prefer Mike to other house sitters. He has a knack for keeping all my dogs happy, well care for, and contented. They never lack for exercise, never miss a meal, never are unloved.

I would highly recommend Mike to anyone with pets, whether they are dogs or cats, birds or fish. He will take care of your pets as you would. No detail escapes his attention; no kindness to animals is ever not given, loving and generous attention is displayed at all times. You may rest easy knowing that your pets are receiving wonderfully warm and generous attention.
